   An existing barbie tshirt of similar and trace it wouldnt hurt to make sure the stitches and trace it wouldnt hurt to fit over the material you do this with any piece of similar and rip out the stitches and trace it on paper to fit.
   An existing barbie tshirt of like sewing from endtobeginning it on paper to make new pattern you could do this with any piece of clothing its kind of similar and trace it on paper to fit over the head arms etc properly have fun whatever you could do.
