What is the name of a Barbie doll whoes scalp swivels around to change the hair color?

Their are two choices for the hair color on the doll I have , blond or pink. You just swivel the dolls scalp to change the color. the date on it is 1999. She has a soft stomach and can bend easily at he waist. I am trying to find out the maker and name of the doll. I have called Mattel and all they do is send me a catalog with the new Barbie’s!
