I am currently experimenting with the reborning process using vinyl dolls, but I am not sure about heat sealing as opposed to sealing with a clear acrylic. I want a more natural look.

      Have you tried artist’s workable fixative? It would give you a nice matte finish. I have only used it on paper - no clue if it works on vinyl but worth a shot. Pax - C
