I need to find a Miss America Barbie doll with blue dress?

One of my friends need a Miss America Barbie doll with a blue dress that sparkles. It has stars all over it and parts of it glows in the dark. Also I believe it was out around the year 1990 but I’m not sure of the exact year. Does anyone know the official name for the doll or know where I can find one? I’ve looked on e-bay and google but haven’t been able to locate it. Thanks.

      The dolls by name and choose the only one that has pictures of all barbies by name and by year maybe you need to go to showcase and by name and by year maybe you need to showcase and cant find anything like your description.
