rubbing alcohol or paint thinner, if you see paint coming off stop , but first of all just try some soap & water on a cloth

For cleanliness but if the doll up for cleanliness but isnt she just stay.

I have been happy with Mr Clean Magic Eraser. It is not too abrasive, and works really well on linoleum scuffs.
