The very best way is to use Remove-Zit from Twin Pines of Maine (link below) - it is made specifically for that and does not damage the dolls. The "home remedy" is to use Benzoyl Peroxide (yes, the acne treatment) - it does work, but many times it also removes the color - so the green ear is replaced by white ear and I have found that it continues to lighten the area even after it is removed. With either product, put it on Barbie' ear(s) and leave her in the sunshine (like a window sill) - clean the product off every few days and put on new. Eventually it will fade it off.
