Dolls determine value so you need to know what to have physical look to do.

I have treated many vintage Barbie dolls for the dreaded green ear disease! The very best way is to use Remove-Zit from Twin Pines of Maine (link below) - it is made specifically for that and does not damage the dolls. The “home remedy” is to use Benzoyl Peroxide (yes, the acne treatment) - it does work, but many times it also removes the color - so the green ear is replaced by white ear and I have found that it continues to lighten the area even after it is removed. With either product, put it on Barbie’ ear(s) and leave her in the sunshine (like a window sill) - clean the product off every few days and put on new. Eventually it will fade it off. Because the green is actually in the vinyl and not on it, nothing else will work.
