How do I clean my porcelain dolls?

I just found a bunch of porcelain dolls under the house that I put there years ago and now they are all old smelling, like moldish. How would I clean them?
Ok. Is there any way I could wash them without taking apart anything? I have the clothes off and everything and I don’t think I can put them in the washer, or even if I can, and not put them in the dryer. Is there a way to clean the bodies without ruining them? Or taking them apart and having to sew it back together?

      For few days you may have to take them apart and then re sew the clothes in oxy clean for few days you.
