How can I get remove the tattoos that came with my fairytopia barbie doll?

I have one of the older Fairytopia dolls. She has red hair but I took it down and dressed her in other clothes. She’s really pretty but her tattoos bug me or whatever they are. There’s designs on her chest and arms. Is there any way that I can get these off? Maybe with alcohol or something? Advice please?? Here’s a link of the doll.
